Purchased home 12/16/11. A few days later, filed a claim for the heat system which was failing to keep the house warm. 30 minutes after tech left the house, Tim from Home Protect called to say they were denying the claim.
After speaking with customer service, we were told to foward documents that the heat system was working up until the time of failure, which we did.
Home Protect says it may be 30 days before they can make a determination of whether to pay for this repair. We have been given the run a round every day.
Do not purchase one of these worthless warranties.
