To PayPal on 2/28/2017: Hi there, I was charged $54.90 through PayPal for magnetic cables for iphones, on January 19h, 2017. I was soon after provided a DHL Tracking number (see below) however no such shipment has been produced or sent via DHL. When I clicked on CUSTOMER SUPPORT of the company, the link isn't active. Also, within an email, there was a link to gmail.com, when I clicked on that, the message read: Gmail accounts have been compromised, please click here to lock back into gmail BUT I am STILL in gmail. I suspected fraud, and found out that there are complaints to PayPal regarding this company (which bases itself out of New York, specifically: CONTACT US - 3200 North America Drive, West Seneca, NY, 14224 / info@magnetphonecable.com Apparently there have been fraud reports related to this address at www.ripoffreport.com (http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/legomugcom/west-seneca-new-york-14224/legomugcom-build-on-brick-mug-advertising-a-product-taking-money-via-through-shopifyco-1344471) I did get their "confirmation" that the item had been shipped, but there is - again - no such tracking number. I don't anticipate a response back from the shipper, due to the complaints of fraud in several places on the internet. I purchased this through shopify and expected it to be a legitimate purchase.
