Inforcecomputing Did not process refund & discontinue parts w/o notice Fremont California

Inforcecomputing is the most unprofessional company I’ve worked with in my 35 years semiconductor experience. The roll parts in and out, discontinue without notice and when requested for replacement they sold us the wrong parts and will not take back complete new parts in original packing. They never return calls, and treat customer with poor attitude. They have cost months in product delay, millions in lost opportunities and will not even take their own parts back. Their management is not accessible and they simply gave "don’t care” attitude. I’m now forced to take legal action against them and sue the for product misrepresentation and punitive damages. No one should ever work with this company although somehow they tie themselves to Qualcomm.
