I contracted with United Financial to help with my credit card debts in 2006- I am now nearing the end of my contract with them and things have become a nightmare for me.  For the second time in the last year they have not paid any of my creditors for going on three months now- teay , of course, have withdrawn money from my account every 2nd of the month.  I call United Financial a number of times everyday -but am always put on hold or discontected.  I have e-mailed them also -even asking that they respond at least to having received my e-mails- but they do not respond-  I am at my wits end-  the credit companies want me to kick in more money to get them to stop calling me- but with over 2,ooo$ tied up with United Financial in the past three months- I do not have the extra money to give  - I am also at the point of contacting the better business bureau or the attorney general for the state of Florida.
