I got a harder time to find car insurance bec. I have claim on my record.I don't know how many times ING INSURANCE raised my payment without giving me a letter of notification.After so many months I called my broker and asked him why they stop my payment,his answer was I do,nt know and he told me to call ING.When I called ING they put me on hold for so many hours until they closed. I called back my broker and he said there's is no problem just put money on your account and we will reinstate your policy and there was money on it.Why they want to reinstate my insurance? After 2 or 3 months I'm running my car without insurance because they did'nt give me any letter or phone call.
