Inge V Faulse promises and guest passes Novi, Michigan

We took a look at Powerhouse Gym in Novi. We were not sure, because one of our daughters is already 21 years old and couldn't be included in the family membership. Since she is not going to the guym on regulary basis, they offered us to give us at least 5 guest passes, so she would be able to join us when we want to go as a fmaily.

When we went to the gym we were very disapointet, because it is not only very smelly and the locker rooms are too small.

Also when we have decided to work out as a family the guest passes were no longer good. All of a sudden the manger who handed us the passes doesn't work there anymore. They offered we can pay and additional fee of $20 every time my daughter wants to work out with us.

I also have to say I have never seen such unfriendly an unprofessional personell like at this gym.

I definitely will terminate the contract after the 12 month are over.

This gym is a ripp off.
