This is a warning to any individual or business entities considering doing business with the Ingenious Asset Group. Be advise it is my experience of this company that they are new to the industry of Multy-Family Management and they violate Fair Housing Laws.
They are unable to maintain proper book keeping as the have only 1 inexperienced accountant. The properties they manage have extremely low resident retention, they are unable able to maintain consistent occupancy, they hire Illegal Immigrants to do cleaning and maintenance on the Properties and pay them under the table.
The principles of this Organization Josh Hodeda, and Vinny Jain! Are greedy individuals who will neglect and properties needs and will put tape on urgent issues in order to make as much money as possible, They violate Fair Housing laws on many levels, one to point out is there is NO! Policy of a resident criteria in their office, and security deposit change based on the amount of Income someone may have.
You will notice no Fair Housing sings posted in any of their properties, and they manager are inexperienced individuals looking for free rent. They lie to owners regarding the assets they manage, example Dornin realty advisors. I strongly urge residents, owners, etc.. to not do business with these individuals.
