 The owners of this company have discriminated in the hiring process against 3 pregnant women while I was in their company. One of the women made it through the interview and training process because her clothing hid her pregnancy. The next day the President of the company saw that she was pregnant and ordered the manager to dismiss her from employment so that she could not qualify for medical benefits program. This was done 3 time in a 2 month period. The owners have terminated employees and have lied for weeks about mailing out their final pay. People have called the office several times and the VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS has denied his involvement or knowledge of their delay in receiving payroll which they worked for. The employees who mentioned these issues was terminated and denied final pay with an email stating that pay is being retained in lui of a lawsuit against the employee. This company trains employees to tell business owners that they are accredited by the better business bureau and they are not listed on the site at all. It is also on their website that they are accredited by bbb. This business is in debt to several of their creditors and have send out threatening emails to concerned people like me. the company has employees who have not been subjected to any criminal background checks gathering viable information of business owners including social security numbers birthdates and home addresses. They have cellular devices in their call center so anyone can take pictures of protected information.
