I was sent numerious email ads for savings on inkjet cartridges, we all know how expensive they are. I looked over several sites and found INK A LOT to appear the best. I ordered two color cartridges. When they arrived two week later, one of the three colors failed to function.
I contacted Ink a Lot who suggested that the product be returned for a refund or an exchange. I asked for a refund. Weeks passed. When I contacted Ink a Lot or what I thought was Ink a Lot, I got a very rude letter from an individual whose email I.D. was "LEO". Assuming I made a mistake, I went back to the Ink a Lot site and sent a notice to them using there Inkalothelp@yahoo.com address. To my surprise, the same rude moron who this time signed the email "LEO INKALOT" responded with the same rude reply and mispellings and this time stated: "No, I won't return the check".
This individual claimed he was a totally different company in the first two replies. He obviously is involved with at least two ink and toner supply web companies, has multiple email addresses (so far two with Yahoo) and is rude, too stupid to really be in business or is trying to rip me off.
I already sent the $45 worth of merchandise back to the specified Colorado location, but the main contact for placing orders was in California. He stated he won't return the check which clearly is a warning that he may plan to cash it at any time either that or the company is so incompetant that it loses checks... either way, a warning about this company. They should be removed from the web just because of this individual's bad business practices and horrible customer service.

Feedback for Yahoo Stores

Have you ordered the cartridges through their web site?
In this case you DO have an opportunity to tell others about your bad experiences. This Inkalot a Yahoo Store, means for a relatively low monthly fee yahoo provides a store page to anyone, without asking any license etc. (Similar as in e-bay.)
Yahoo Store has a rating system. If you order from a Yahoo Store site, a couple of weeks later Yahoo sends you an e-mail, asking you to rate the overall experience. Higher rate means more stars for a merchant, and store with more stars tend to show up higher in Yahoo Shopping search results.
Here is a quote from the Inakalot site:
"PLEASE HELP!!! RATE US EXCELLENT! IF you have any problems with your order allow us to make it right PRIOR to rating us under the Yahoo system!"
So maybe to send them a polite e-mail, with a reference to the rating system? "Guys, I want to allow you to make it right PRIOR rating you?"
If they abuse the system Yahoo closes their store.
You can read about this rating system under:
