Anyways.. as the previous poster said Monkey Business! All started ok for me until I decided the item they shipped me was wrong. I asked if I could exchange and with little effort they agreed. I was then issued an RMA number of which I have misplaced. Then after nothing (2 weeks) I call back with no answer. I then emailed with no reply. I searched for their name on the net and found Report: #317933 as my first hit. So I when to their main site and emailed them from there. Not knowing who I was they reply what is you email you ordered with. After I replied with that info I heard nothing. So I began to wonder and did some testing....

If you are on their SUCCA! list.. Your Emil is flagged No matter what you send them gets ignored. You can email with any other email you want and you will get a nice prompt email back but as soon as you state your original email, It's over.. Why these fake small minded crooks do this is beyond me. You can call until your blue in the chin, it wont help. I think they monitor incoming calls as well and watch for SUCCA numbers. So if you have been SUCC'd by these ill-mannered, worthless, lab experiments (because they certainly on not human) then I suggest not contact via your original email. Best to just play dumb with them until they agree to help. To this day I still have no print head and they have my money.
