I've put an order of 10 items (printheads and cartridges) on 1/8/2008 and paid 115.26 USD with paypal.
After 1 month,I received a package containing only 5 cartridges for a value of about 15 USD.
I sent an E-mail to complain to which was answered that an other package was coming soon,but after 3 months nothing arrived and nobody is answering to my messages anymore .I've tried to write a letter, to phone ,no news since that time.
They have stolen my money,about 100 USD .An honest company would refind the money,if they are unable to deliver the goods!!!!
Be very carefull,they are tricky and they have changed their name from "inkcessories" to "OSD" and use to advertise on the net to attract new crazy customers .They don't even dare to answer to messages,there are hundreds of complaints on Ebay, coming from all other the world!!! The owner of this company should be in jail,he gives a very bad image of the trade on the net!!!
