Inked Shop They're frauds!! New York City New York

 I placed my order on their website on 4/12/15. I emailed them a week later to get the status of my order and this is their reply was : "The item you ordered was unfortunately received by the warehouse from their shippers with an issue with the CUT (basically a misprint). Due to that misprint they are currently on hold for shipping for at least 2-3 weeks, but the warehouse has informed us that they will be shipping out a freebie as an apology for the delay." So I decided to wait because I really wanted the shirt I ordered. I then emailed them last week, which was a month after my order was placed, and there was no response. I continued to call them and leave messages as well as email them and still no response. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank today.
