I wish I would've seen the previous report by the other user before I made my order.  In my case, I was not part of the ones that received the mass email about First Data.  When I made my order, they were already taking payments using Paypal using an personal gmail address (I guess the owner's wife).  This stroke me as weird but I just assumed it was a small growing business.   Their shipping info on their website states that orders will be manufactured 24-72 hrs after making the order and then ship the following Friday.  After two weeks, I started emailing them with no response, I started sending msgs through Instagram since that was the way they were constantly promoting their website.  I get a response asking about my order then as soon as I stated that my order was for a jacket, they went silent and never respond again.  On another attempt they give me a email for CS for a guys name JR.  He was a bit helpful and then said that my order was due in a week and then it was going to ship to us.  After almost 1 week later, I started emailing JR again without response.  2 week later I started again with sending comments on Instagram which, like before, as soon as I said it was for a jacket, they go silent without response.  I emailed support@inkjunkeyz.com and received a reply by JR asking for apologies and that they will send an email later explaining the real reason for why I haven't receive my order.  (I still have not received that email.)  On that last email he stated that if I was still intererested in getting my order he was willing to put the order in or give me store credit (as if I trust them to ship quickly).  So in other words, 4 weeks after I made my order AND PAID, they have not yet processed or ordered my jacket to ship to me.  

As soon as I started taking to another customer through their instagram post, they deleted the post.  I have screenshots of the deleted post.
