I was contacted by phone by Inland Empire Industrial Tools & Supply salesman, Jim Allen, regarding a free trial of "new technology" socket wrenches and an air wrench. He promised that product return postage would paid by Inland if I don't want to purchase the socket wrenches and air wrench, and I could keep "gifts" of punches, screwdrivers and hand cleaner.

After inspecting the tools (I never used them), I said I didn't want to keep them - very poor quality, cheap chinese junk - and I was promised a return authorization. Never arrived. Instead I was threatened with legal action by the Inland's "accounting department" Joe Torres, if I didn't return both the tools and the "gifts". Eventually I was able to obtain a return authorization number, and shipped all 26 lbs back to them, at my own considerable expense, on March 30, 2016. 

Their merchandise is junk, their marketing is fraudlent. They have an "F" Better Business Bureau rating and many, many complaints at https://www.trustlink.org/Reviews/Inland-Empire-Industrial-205849825.
