INMAR PROMO SERVICES is a company that is running a $5 rebate offer for rental of a Rug Doctor carpet steamer, commonly found in grocery and home improvement stores.  I rented a rug doctor, took a photo of all the requested items (receipt, paperwork, etc.) and mailed it in.  About a month later I received a letter saying I won't get the $5 because I didn't submit everything.  Crooks pure and simple.
