First time dealing with Inmar was for Dasuquin $6 rebate offer. It was refused due to UPC not complete. I happened to make a copy of everything before sending and was able to prove complete UPC was sent. I did get the rebate. Today I received an email that my $5 rebate on Purina Fortiflora was refused due to purchase not identified on receipt. Once again not true but find no sense in having to waste more postage for them to find another way to refuse. Total ripoff!

After original report I was contacted and I resent the paperwork they asked for. It was accepted and I have received my check. I am still disappointed in this company on this happening on 2 different occasions and all required info was sent the first time.
