On 09/17/07, I ran across a site called consumerdirectsavings.com. They offer you a choice of 3 different laptops for free if you complete 2 silver offers 2 gold offers and 6 platnium offers. I signed up , the first set of offers were Silver Offers-
Passport to Fun+Savings Oct 7 2007 4:22PM - Still Showed as Pending even though I was approved and had a membership number.

Cheryl Tiegs Ageless Sep 25 2007 - Showed as pending, I applied for this offer on Sept 25 2007 in the Platnium Offers, Order Shipped Sep 27 2007 and was received at my home.

This is when all the mess began. I put in my redemption information, printed the form, and a w-9 that they require and I mailed off my forms the same day. On 11/11/2007 I checked my gift status and it showed all the gold offers had been changed from approved to pending, pissed off an confused I emailed them asking what was the deal. The reply:

Yeah Right, My 60 days expired on 11/16/07 by them removing my gold offers from approved to pending, it caused the so called system to disqualify me from the site. I checked my gift status on 11/20/07 the message I got:

Thank you for your interest in our offer ConsumerDirectSavings.com! Due to the limited time nature of the offer, your registration is now expired. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

So again I emailed them because I could no longer access my gift status, the response:

I received an email on Wed, 19 Dec 2007 09:39:42 -0500 stating "Your account was approved on Dec 14 2007 2:22PM. We will need a W9 from you in order to process the certificate". I faxed over this information Fri, 21 Dec 2007 11:02:02 -0800 via Efax.com Info:
The 2 page fax you sent through eFax.com to was successfully transmitted at 2007-12-21 19:02:00 (GMT). The length of transmission was 132 seconds.
Since, I have sent numerious emails asking the status. No response.
I have filed with the IRS, BBB,and every source in my hands to let people know not to deal with them and their lies. It appears they only responded because the BBB got on them, but as of now I have not gotten anywhere with them.
