Innergizer Doctor's Best Products; Soleez One word: Fraudulent Hudson Florida

I purchased two Innergizer massage units while at a trade show in Denver. Both broke within a month. I tried contacting the sales representative directly by text multiple times as I had her phone #.  I did receive responses assuring me of the warranty and that that company was not a scam. However, after trying multiple times to submit a complaint/claim in order to have the units fixed, I never received a reply. I've tried e-mailing them via both my e-mail account and via their online form. I've also tried calling the listed number. Again, I've never received a reply or gotten a hold of anyone. Very poor!
