I have used Innomax 4 times and was well satisfied each time. 

My first time was buying an Air Mattress/Adjustable Base.  This was easilly the best mattress that we ever owned.  It was comfortable and adjustable so that I could sleep with my head up as ordered by the pulminoligist.  While we have had o do some minor repairs it is still going strong 15 years later. 

The second time was buying my Dad a water mattress that he used the last 6 years of his life.  It provided the gentle support of  a waterbed and memory foam hybrid required by a 90 year old with the bony structure typical of old people.  It would have lasted longer, but none of my kids families wanted it after he died. 

The third time was when part of the bed adjust mechanism failed on my bed.  I took the pieces down to Innomax expecting to pay a high price for the part.  Innomax noted that while their warranty on it had run out, I could get one from the manufacturer through their warranty.  Their HONESTY saved me a bundle, and they even got on the phone with the company to ensure they sent the right part.

The final time (so far that is) was when my air bladder sprung a small leak.  Since it was still within the warranty period we got a new one from them.  They let me buy a new one for 1/2 off for my wife's side, and warranted the side rails if we bought a new topper -- giving us a "new" bed for around $400.

Based on the above I can speak from experience that Innomax 1.) produces a truly wonderful mattress that will last for years;  2.) stands behind its products; and 3.) charges fairly for its products and seeks to build long term relationships with its customers.
