So far so good ... Then I began to tell the story ... The "job interview" consisted of an intensive training course, about 3-4 months in length. The classes are held on Mondays throughout the day in an academy located near Alfonso XIII and some Wednesday at best, there is some tutoring or English classes (with the best English teacher there, according to him ...). While you are telling the whole program of the course (teaches you with a few pages the program that you have decided and in my case was "hotel receptionist") tells you, you have to be the best, study hard and get the best grades Because otherwise you will not be able to go to the second phase which consists of internships in a hotel and even if the teacher sees that you are not giving the best of you, you are advised to leave ... Now, according to them , If you manage to pass the theoretical part and practice, with good results, you would automatically start working in a hotel (they have a job bank with a chain of more than 30 hotels) and even, supposedly, any problems you had in your position Work, you would just have to get in touch with them and find a solution. And once I told the story too, the question was: - Obviously, all this training is not gratuitous, nor run on the part of the company ... TOTAL .: 1050 € or 1150 € ... What I come to claim here is not the work of these people, because after all, they are commercial, doing their job. What I ask is sincerity. That people know what is going, that is, that people know, that they will inform you about an intensive training course and not believing that they are going to a job interview. It is clear that well, the great part of people, we would not go, but, why I waste time. If I waste time on something, I want to know what I'm missing out on ... So this company is a full-blown scam. I believe that we must unite and denounce these facts as it is, and not think that is what these clever people take advantage of: the need of the most humble. We must raise the awareness of the authorities and our rulers that people need legal protection against these exploited. If we do not do it, we can expect little or nothing. Everyone who can contribute and know and denounce it before any state, even political parties, to see if they listen to us now that elections are coming ...... It is painful, but we must fight against these things.  Les quiero contar mi historia, ayer por la mañana me llamaron para hacer una "entrevista" para "Innova - Escuela de Trabajo". Me citaron en el Calle Clara del Rey 46, Madrid, 28002. La otra empresa, Centro Ágora, esta en la calle Valverde y es de la hermana Innova - Escuela de Trabajo. Me fui con toda la ilusión del mundo, como cualquier persona que se encuentra hoy en día en paro y le llaman para una entrevista de trabajo. Cuando llegué allí, me atendió un chico muy agradable con acento argentino o algo parecido (podría decir su nombre, pero considero que no es necesario). Una vez sentados en su despacho, empezó a preguntarme por mi experiencia laboral y el por qué me gustaría trabajar en un hotel y en qué sector del hotel me gustaría trabajar (camarera de pisos, recepción, administrativa...). Hasta aquí bien... A continuación me empezó a contar la historia... La "entrevista de trabajo" consistía en un curso formativo intensivo, de unos 3-4 meses de duración. Las clases se imparten los lunes durante todo el día en una academia situada cerca Alfonso XIII y algún miércoles a lo mejor, hay alguna tutoría o clases de inglés (con la mejor profesora de inglés que existe, según él...). Mientras te va contando todo el programa del curso (te enseña con unos folios el programa que tú hayas decidido y que en mi caso fue "recepcionista de hotel") te dice que, tienes que ser el mejor, estudiar mucho y sacar las mejores notas porque de no ser así no podrás pasar a la segunda fase que consiste en las prácticas en un hotel y que incluso si la profesora ve que no estás dando lo mejor de ti, te aconseja que te lo dejes... Ahora bien, según ellos, si consigues pasar la parte teórica y la práctica, con buenos resultados, automáticamente empezarías a trabajar en un hotel (tienen una bolsa de empleo con una cadena de más de 30 hoteles) e incluso, supuestamente, cualquier problema que tuvieras en tu puesto de trabajo, sólo tendrías que ponerte en contacto con ellos y se buscaría una solución. Y una vez contada tooooda la historieta, mi pregunta fue.: - Obviamente, toda esta formación no tiene pinta de ser gratuita, ni de correr por parte de la empresa... (aquí el chico intentó desviar la conversación, pero claro, en algún momento tenía que soltarme la bomba...y así fue... y así os cuento...).: El precio del curso es.: * 300 € de matrícula (si puedes justificar que no estás cobrando ni tan siquiera el paro, te lo pueden dejar en 200 €, aunque yo creo que se lo dejan a todos en 200€...) * 850 € el cursó en sí (que se puede financiar en cómodos plazos de hasta 12 meses...) TOTAL.: 1050 € ó 1150 € ... Lo que yo vengo a reclamar aquí no es el trabajo de esta gente, porque al fin y al cabo, son comerciales, haciendo su trabajo. Lo que pido es sinceridad. Que la gente sepa a lo que va, es decir, que la gente sepa, que van a que le informen sobre un curso formativo intensivo y no creyendo que van a una entrevista de trabajo. Está claro que así, la gran parte de personas, no iríamos, pero, por qué me hacen perder el tiempo. Si pierdo el tiempo en algo, quiero saber en qué lo estoy perdiendo... Por lo tanto esta empresa es una estafa en toda regla. Creo que debemos unirnos y denunciar estos hechos como sea, y no calarnos que es de lo que estos listos se aprovechan: de la necesidad de los más humildes. Debemos concienciar a las autoridades y a nuestros gobernantes de que las personas necesitamos cobertura legal frente a estos aprovechados. Si no lo hacemos, poco o nada podremos esperar. Cada cual que aporte lo que pueda y sepa y denunciarlo ante cualquier estamento, incluso partidos políticos, a ver si nos hacen caso ahora que vienen elecciones...... Es penoso, pero debemos luchar contra estas cosas. El señor Jaume Cordon Alves (https://www.empresia.es/persona/cordon-alves-jaume/), a parte de llevar Talento, ha llevado también los centros Hotel Training, Capacicenter, Agora (http://www.centroagora.net/nuestro-compromiso/), entre otros. Hotel Training fue uno de los primeros centros y cerro sus puertas hace unos meses debido a que ya olía demasiado. De ahí que abrieran el centro de formación Talento (lo mismo con distinto nombre), el cual abrió sus puertas en agosto del 2014 y al que le debe quedar poco de vida también ya que ningún centro les dura más de 1 año.
