RE: ID 10939970 Ref. No. 133396746. This Company is a rogue organisation and I can say that their activities are known to the Nigerian Immigration Services as they both work in tandem. First recommendation; though it is written online that you should pay for Nigerian Visas & Passport online via this services. Discountenance this advise, walk into the Embassies with cash even if you do have to pay more. Avoid Innovate 1 Services like a plague. I paid for a 32 page Nigerian Passport online $106 USD to Innovate 1 on the 28th Sept. 2016. The Consulate in Frankfurt Germany later claimed that the 32 page isn't available on arrival at the Consulate. I was advised to pay for 64 page & according to Innovate 1 Services; they will refund if proven that there was a duplication of payment. I got the Nigerian Passport after paying cash at the Embassy for the 64 page Passport ( though the Consulate eventually gave me a 32 page for the price of 64page) Innovate has deployed all stalling & dubious tactics to avoid refunding my money despite the fact that the only agree to refund $94 against $106 deducted from my Credit card since the 1st day of November 2016. They gave me a bogus transaction reference "1764876530" (for bank use only) " which my credit card Company maintained has no meaning & no such credit on my Bank. Innovate 1 was asked to show proof of refund and supply their Banking details. Till this date, they repeatedly sent he mails that the case as been closed etc. This is the 8th day of January 2017. I have not received my refunds and I wish to warn other potential victims to go into the Embassies with Cash and do not patronise this Online Fraud Company. It is like playing the Russian Roulette with your money.
