Innovate Auto Finance Ft. Worth Texas Say i am behind on payments,refused to give me a payoff amount. Ft.Worth Texas

I called for a 10 day payoff amount, May 8,2018. Talked to Anthony gave me a total that was not right,said i was behind payments for March,April, 2018. I explained i was not behind on payments,so i asked to speak to his supervisior says his supervisior was not in.I told Anthony to find someone that had authority. I waited on hold for quiet awhile finally Jackie Pickens talked to me and said i would have to have proof of payments. I explained to Ms.Pickens that i  had overnite my bank statements thru USPS January 26,2018. A K cossley signed for them at innovate but no body seems to know what happened to them.May 15,2018 made a trip to Fort worth with my bank statements,Innovate was locked up like Fort Knox you can not go inside to make payments.I talked to Monica on phone says nobody can come inside to make payments how strange,Monica said i would have to go some where and fax it to Innovate. On Wednesday May 16,2018 i called innovate talked to Anthony says i refused to send proof of payments,which was not true.I told Anthony when i send anything to innovate they do not reply referring too the overnite i sent Januarary 26,2018. Anthony replied you know you can not send mail it will just lay in the mail room.I replied to Anthony well how do i send the information says fax it to Customer Care.I faxed the bank statements May 17,2018. I know they received it i got conformation on fax. It is May 21,2018, still no response Innovate just trying to collect all the interest that they possibly can. What kind of company is this that can not give you a payoff amount immediately.Something not right with this company i just want rid of this night mare.
