Just over 3 months ago, I ordered a product from Quick Extender Pro, also known as Innovatech Designs. The device was of very poor quality and was very difficult to wear. I contacted customer service, asking for a refund and they told me that their policy was that you needed to wear the device for at least 6 months, before you are eligible for a refund. I told them my situatio and the fact that I was unable to wear it and so they told me that they were moving to a new location and to contact them in a couple of weeks. This was all around the end of June 2015.
Two weeks goes by and I contact them, asking for the new address. However, instead of them giving me the new address, they tell me that I am not eligible for a refund. I responded back to them saying that their own customer service told me they would make an exception and yet I get no response. At this time, I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau stating my situation. A few days later, I get a response from the company saying to send the package to this address and they will process a refund as soon as it arrives. Here is the exact message Innovatech Designs sent:

This customer is requesting to return their package.
Please inform the customer the return address is:
AGP Group
2247 Rue Guenette
Ville St-Laurent QC H4R2E9
Canada
Please use a tracking number and mark as returned goods on the label with $0 dollar value.
Please include contact information in the returned package.
We will process a refund as soon as the package arrives.
I mailed off the returned package over 6 weeks ago, and have yet to receive a refund. I once again filed a report with BBB on 9/17/2015, and have not received an update from the business. I then contacted Innovatech several times without a response. Finally, two days ago on 9/30/2015, I did finally get in touch with theri live chat support. They said that they haven't received the package and that they would bring my concern to the attention of their lost mail task force and that they would contact me the next day. Well, as of right now, I have not received any message from them. I emailed them again, and they said that they have been in contact with the BBB. I looked up my complaint status with the BBB, and there are no new responses, so once again they lied.
Bottomline is this, DO NOT do business with this company. They are all a bunch of liars and thieves who sell an inferior product and will do everything they can and make up every excuse to make sure that I or anyone else will get a refund. I know very well that they received my pacakage, but unfortunately I have no way of proving it. They owe me $176.93 that I want refunded immediately to my PayPal account, or I hope the company ceases to exist.
