We contacted them because my husband had been laid off. They said they were a government sponsored agency because we heard them on the radio, only government agencies can advertise on the radio. We believed them.We asked if we qualified for a home loan modification they assured us that we did. Took all of our personal information tax, work, expenses everything. Oh yeah we can save your home they said! But you have to pay them 995.00 to begin the process. We paid they sent us a packet of papers explaining their so-called process. When we tried to contact them by phone or email never got a response.

The day arrived when we received our papers from the court to let us know the process of them taking our house, we tried for the next 2 weeks to no avail. Finally the day arrived to move out I tried again. I finally got to talk to the liar that promised what you want to hear when you begin this so called process. I asked him why he did mother respond to our dozens of emails or phone calls, his response was that he was on vacation. Wow! Then I asked why what he promised never occurred he then told me they cannot intervene on our behalf. We have to contact any and everyone. That that was not their job. So I asked him what we paid 995,00 dollars for- His response was the packet of papers which are useless.

This is not a reputable company. They lie and promise you whatever it takes to get your money. Oh and they are great at stealing your money! Whatever you do do not trust anybody that has anything to do with this company. They are nothing but con artists preying on people who reach out for help. In closing they lead us on for 4 months told us not to make our house payments or even partial house payments, because if you can do that you don't need them. They cause hard working people who are trying to do the right thing to lose everything. They are common conartists, and thieves and they should have to be held accountable for what they have done.

As far as my husband and myself are concerned they owe us 355,000 dollars. That's how much our home was worth. They stole it from us. They are a useless company that needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Have you ever purchased a perfectly unless packet of papers for almost a1000.00 dollars. We did.
