I'd like to see any receipts for work done?!  I doubt you are even a customer.  IF you were,  your report would say something worthwhile and positive.  My guess is you've never engaged IES in a business transaction.   IES is a professional and respected national energy conservation business,  and your complaint is devoid of any facts or evidence.  Instead it is full of emotion, wild conjecture, and falsehoods.  Lots of great adjectives though,  unfortunately there are no facts. Use your time to slander other people, or better yet,  to do something constructive.  I work for this company and know that our products are of the highest quality and that we back them 100%.  We offer one of the most comprehensive warranties in teh business.  Probably you are a competitor with lessor capacity or integrity, or you aare taking out your personal anger on Rylee Meek.  If you were an actual customer,  you'd ahve good things to say.  Our customer support is exceptional as the BBB can attest to.  The manufacturers of our product are top notch and also back their products with 20+ year warranties.   Try getting that from commercial products at Home Depot or Lowes.  Your slanderous report on the performance and business practices of IES affects me personally as a national sales rep and affects the well being of my family.  WHatever personal issues you have with Mr. Meek,  you should keep personal, and stay out of ruining the reputation and income of hard working honest people who sell and install energy saving products to help homeowners reduce energy consumption.  

Rylee Meek has a long history or preying on the uneducated with a series of criminal scams over the years, Innovative Energy Solutions is simply his newest swindle.

In 2008-2009 Rylee Meek was an "analyst" for Corporate Acquisitions Group under the training of Tyrone Tymkovich and they represented themselves to be a business broker company specializing in the sale of small businesses.  Defendants(they were eventually destroyed by a series of lawsuits, one brought by the Attorney General of Colorado) would solicit business owners contemplating the sale of their business, making exaggerated and false claims and false representations as to the benefits of their services(sound familiar?).  The Defendants convinced over 700 businesses to contract the sale of their businesses.  However, Defendants sold fewer that ten businesses from July 2006 September 2009.  Corporate Acquisitions Group of course never offered a single refund and were eventually forced to pay over $2 million dollars in restitution and fines to the state of Colorado.

Rylee then went on to a pyramid scheme selling the chance to sell Lifevantage/Protandim, an herbal dietary placebo that really doesn't do anything and is not regulated by the FDA.  It's really difficult to find a Protandim distributor online who ISN'T breaking the law.  The FTC endorsement guidelines are quite clear on the matter:  "You can't make claims about a product that would require proof you don't have.  For example, you can't say a product will cure a particular disease if there isn't scientific evidence to prove that's true." 

This is particularly important for Protandim, because at the bottom of LifeVantage's FAQ is the clear admission: "We do not promote or intend to imply or represent that Protandim can prevent, cure, treat or mitigate any disease or class of disease."  Pill pimping...

Newest scam from Rylee Meek, Innovative Energy Solutions...the "IES Optimizer" is a total fraud, read the manual, it's a Eastern Eco. Power A1-150sp... it is in fact a fraud relative to any claim of reducing energy consumption.  It may be a useful transient limiter, but no performance data is provided.   A price of $1400 for the box is outrageous, and also, it looks visually small to have much of a capacitor, if any.  Residential customers are never charged for power factor losses, this claim to save you money that has been purported by many of these energy saving eco. company claims are nothing but pure fraud meant to be sold to those that do not understand basic electronics.

Quite a contradiction there Justified. You claim to have no interest in this company or it's product yet you personally trained the guy who OWNS the company.

You can lie all you want. But that does not change the facts.

The Department of Energy reports that the benefits of radiant barriers decrease significantly in northern climates. Innovative Energy Solutions sells its radiant barrier in northern states.

The Innovative Energy Solutions sales pitch is loaded with lies. The IES salesman claimed that if you break a compact fluorescent bulb, that twelve states require you to hire a hazardous waste cleanup team costing up to $5,000. That
is an outright lie. Your lie appeals to seniors who hold conservative political views. You do that because they are most likely to have money and are easy to manipulate.

You, IES owners Rylee Meek and Seth Berge should know that a career as a con artist does not end well. Rather fittingly since you target seniors in your scam, this issue of AARP Magazine featured a story Confessions of a Con Artist: A veteran scammer reveals how he made millions ripping off unsuspecting investors.

Listen my friend, I have no interest in this company or it's product.  I will however tell you this.  Your statements are weak as water, no....weaker.  I personally trained the guy who OWNS the company you say is a "Rip OFF" and I can assure you (not that it will do much good, but I shall state my facts to you anyway) that both the company, and its R-Shield are both proven successes.

The radiant-barrier has been recognized by some significant independant groups, such as D.O.E. (Dept. of Energy), numerous studies done by third party labs world-wide, and unless the world in which you reside is different than the one the rest of us live in....radiant barrier is not only a viable means of reducing costly energy loss, but also should be required in every new home construction project in the USA (United States of America).  I can guess you probably have an axe to grind with someone at this company.  May I suggest you go out and buy a descent grinder, plug it in (mount on a bench first!) and then go do something constructive.  And God bless you...friend

The Minnesota Department of Commerce issue a consumer alert warning that radiant barriers are not an effective means to reduce heating or cooling loads in Minnesota homes.

Many Minnesota consumers have been duped into installing radiant barriers based on false promises of substantial energy savings, said Commerce Commissioner Mike Rothman. We strongly urge all consumers to be cautious, ask questions, and explore other reputable means to make their homes and businesses more energy efficient.

Radiant barriers consist of a reflective film, usually aluminum, installed over the top of attic insulation in existing homes. They are sold as an energy-saving product, with claims of significant reductions in both heating and cooling costs. However, their potential benefit is primarily in reducing air-conditioning cooling loads in warm or hot climates particularly in southern states.

A report compiled by the Oak Ridge National Laboratory for the U.S. Department of Energy, shows that the benefits of radiant barriers decrease significantly in northern climates.

The price to install a radiant barrier can be as much as $2,000 or more, Commissioner Rothman said. But if the average household saves only $20 per year, it would take 100 years to pay back your investment.

Its also important to note that radiant barrier products have negligible benefit in reducing heating costs. It is unlikely that most Minnesota consumers would realize any measurable energy savings from radiant barriers in attics.
