I paid a premium to have 9 business logo concepts created in 3 days. A week later the designs were still not delivered. When he finally decided to deliver the logos 5 were of really poor quality and essentially unususal, so in truth I only had from 4 concepts to choose. After I selected the logo, he agree to sign a contract transfering ownership rights to me because that is the only what I can legally retain rights to the arts. However to this day he stilll has not sent the signed contract to me. I was told he was awaiting access to a printer and scanner! What legitimate business does not have access to these items! Even a person without a business can find their way to Kinkos. My recommendation for potential customers is to go to graphic design professionals like ifreelance.com or elance.com. Better yet, go to logoziner.com where the same services are offered for 1/8 of the price. Save yourself the headache and frustration and just stay away from this company.

All I'm going to say is the client said this when she received her initial concepts :
"As much as I hate to say this, it was worth the wait. I absolutely love
the fourth image on the right. What are the next steps..."
Here are the samples that were created for this client. You can be the judge if they were poor quality or not. This client unfortunately doesn't know what she is talking about. Be careful don't deal with Tiffany Jackson or you'll be sorry. Just a heads up to any other designers out there! Or companies for that matter.

As to your contract. I never stated I would before we started the project. I had no issues in doing so however you wanted to be a mean spirited .... and that's how you're going to be treated.
Future clients:
Don't come off with an attitude and you won't receive one back. Treat others how you want to be treated or don't buy from me. I've personally designed thousands upon thousands of logos and will not put up with it. If you're nice I'll treat you like gold. If you're mean that's how you're going to get treated.
