INNOVATIVE LEASE SERVICES (JULIE CLOYD) DISHONEST & DECEPTIVE Carlsbad California

I had the same issues as the previous complaint. I was trying to purchase a bus from Bauer's Transportaion. I was referred to them and Juilie Cloyd. After filing all necessary forms, lease approval was delayed, delayed and delayed with wrong numers that were sent to me from Julie without even checking the numbers first before sending. Isn't this something she should have done? Her explaination: It was a typo. After complete frustration I requested a refund of my down payment of $3200. and was told that it was non-refundable. I am now going to file suit in my state of California. I just wished I had checked out company before doing any business with them but trusted Bauer's referral.
