Apparently this is Innovative Merchant's standard operation procedure. Collect large sums of money and then refuse to release it to you based on "incorrect information" or " not a valid phone #" or even better, not respond at all to numerous phone calls. We processed a large payment on 10/3/08 as of today, 10/10/08 no money has been deposited to our account, eventhough our customer has assured us that they have been charged and money sent to Innovative Merchants. The is certainly deceptive trade practice and we are following through with legal action. We are a small company and need these funds to operate on. This is the last transaction they will ever have with our company and I will let other people.
