Innovative Merchant Solution - Intuit Company Innovative Merchant Solution , Is a SCAM, Woodland Hills California

I came in contact to this company after attending seminar in 2000 and signing up with E-Commerce.
After not having much success with my online business I had decided to stop the Merchant & Gateway account .

I called to find out what steps I need to cancel the account I talked with a gentleman he told me that he would connected me to cancellations, it was a voice mail that gave me instructions on what was needed to cancel,that I had to fax them a letter, with the reason for wanting to cancel the account I faxed it the same day that was on 3/9 and when I checked my banking account on 3/24, I find that I was charged of $295 cancellation fee.

When I called to find out why the fee was charged, the woman in billing told me that the account was closed on 3/17 & she was sorry but if the account was close within 60 days there is a $295 cancellation fee, when I told her that I had this account for over 8 years & did not sign any agreement and was not told if I cancel I would be charged this fee. She tells me to call customer service again.

When I called customer service a very unprofessional , woman tells me that I signed A agreement to pay the fee. I told her that I did not sign any agreement her response was that if the account is canceled within 60 days the cancellation fee is $395 when i told her I had the acccount for over 8 years ,she said that is why I was only charged a $295 cancllation fee.

So basically so sad. too bad.
