Innovative Merchant Solutions An INTUIT Company , IMS AQuickBooks Merchant Solutions refuse to delete personal information. Woodland Hills California

I applied for a merchant account with Innovative Merchant Solutions and they were too slow to respond, so I politely asked them to erase my personal information from their records. The representative(s) who handled my request was hostile and refused to erase any sensitive information about me and my company. The representative(s) even refused to provide me with their name. They simply signed their e-mails with "IMS Underwriting".

This is a tell-tale sign of Mickey Mouse operations. When a company provides such horrible customer service that they are forced to hide their employees identities to prevent lawsuits, you know you are dealing with a bad company.

This company has no reason to keep my personal information, especially since I never accepted their services in the first place, and after numerous requests to have them get rid of it, all I ever get is:

"When an application is submitted, you have authorized us to enter that information as an applicant for our merchant account application. The information on the application will stay permanent."

And it is always signed, "IMS Underwriting".

I had to close my bank account because of this and it has caused me much emotional distress.

Innovative Merchant Solutions is a scam. Do NOT give them any of your information because they will take it hostage.
