Innovative Merchant Solutions - INTUIT Company Keeps charging after account was cancelled Woodland Hills, California

this company entices you to sign up for their services by offering 60 day free trials. that was great but what they don't tell you is that you have to cancel the service by writing to them. 

before the end of my free trial, i called a representative and asked how to send the card reader back because i didn't want it and wanted to cancel the service. he told me how to send the card reader back and that the service was cancelled but didn't say anything about having to send the request in writing. now the collections department doesn't have any record of that conversation. what a surprise! they are trying to collect $129 from me for something i didn't use. fat chance!

do not do business with these people! there are plenty of other places to get these services if you need them.
