I received a call from Brian O'Rielly who said he was from Innovative Vacation Solutions and had a buyer for our time share, was I interested?

I said 'Yes', because I was looking to sell our timeshare.  He asked me how much I would sell the timeshare for.  I said $5K, he replied that this was to low and he would call his buyer to get more $$ and call me back.

Brian called back with a much higher amount.  I agreed to sell for the higher amount.  He then said there was a $1999 fee to research whether or not the timeshare had a balance owing, check out whether I had leins or other loans against the timeshare and check a national database for information.

I should have known this was type of scam when he asked for $1999 but I was so caught up in selling the timeshare I went along with it.

I was promised that the sale would close in 45 days and when that time past, I tried their phone number 877-270-8044, got a voice mail and left a message.  No one called me back.

After several calls to the 877 number and calls to 203-930-6867 which Brian gave me as his phone # but really belongs to Mike Phillips, I finally got a call back from a Michelle Gracia.  She said their offices had been closed due flooding and they were just back to work.  This was on 3-18-10 that she called.  She told me the sale would close on 4-17-10.

When I didn't receive a call or any notice that the sale closed on 4-17-10 I tried calling and leaving messages again on 4-20, 21 & 22.  I sent two emails through the web site but no response to date.

I hope that you can do something to get our $1999 back because at this point I've come to realize there was no buyer!
