I was called by this IWB in October of 2009, I was promised lower interest rates.


I gave them my credit card # and they charged $596.00 to my Credit card. It has been 8 months and I have not seen a decrease in my interest rates.

I have called the company many time and have not received any calls back. 

I keep getting the run around and no answers, they keep telling me that Julia Stevenson 

will call me back and she never does. I have written down all the days that I have 

called this company, and I also have a tracking number that they gave me incase we 

needed to go back and listen to previous conversations.
