Insgtant Superstore Problems Houston, Texas

I purchased a website through Instant Superstore with elaborate sales pitch that I would make money through affiliates and the site that I purchased has been resold over and over again. Knowing that I hired someone to re-do the look at my website and then we discovered that the person that sold me the site, Mr. Prince, has a special plug-in for the site to work. My web guys are asking for the plug-in to complete the site but he refused to release it. You can no longer downloaded from his site and I submitted a ticket but after several weeks he responded and told me he will not release the plug-in but will insert after they upload the changes to the site. I highly doubt this will happen and I have spent money and time to re-do the site. I had to submit three tickets before I got a response and the response is slow. My suggestions are stay away from Instant Superstore and Mr. Prince. You will not make money and end just supporting his business by paying him webhosting  and domain fees.
