INPHONE, Liberty Wireless ripoff, denied rebate for false reasons false advertising SCOTTSDALE Arizona

I bought a cell phone through Liberty Wireless that included a $100 rebate. I sent in all the requested and required documentation immediately, and after I asked where my rebate was, they informed me via email that it had been denied because there did not appear to be a purchase date on the receipt. I talked to customer service, and I faxed in ANOTHER complete set of copied documentation, and was denied again for no purchase date on the receipt. I highlighted and circled all the pertinent information on a copy of the SAME receipt, and faxed it in AGAIN, and was denied again for not having a purchase date on the receipt. I did this four times, and then was told it was too late to recieve the rebate. Since August 2005, they have received copies of the correct documentation four times, and still refused to honor their rebate.
