I purchased a cell phone on internet from Intelenet Wireless with two rebates, i.e. $100.00 Customer Appreciation Rebate, and $100.00 Customer Loyalty Rebate. This purchase was made 08/09/05. They gave it to InPhonic to send out the rebates.

I was required to wait 6 months before I could claim my rebate and then I had to send in copies of my paid cell phone bills, The original sales receipt, the UPC off the box. In otherwords several hoops had to be jumped through by me.

I did everything required of me yet everytime I call its please wait, please wait longer, today is 08/11/06, which makes it over a year since I purchased the cell phone. Today I called again and now I get a recording telling me to continue to wait.

I will never use this internet service again and have told everyone I know that this company is a big ripoff.
