Inphonic Ripoff dishonest and fraud company Phoenix Arizona

We purchased 2 motorola razor phone with 100% rebate divided into 2 phases during May 2006.
In first phase we submitted 2 rebates for 2 phones within the specified time, they sent me the letter saying "claim is denied because there is no activation date". We resubmitted one claim form which had problem as per there instruction, later on they updated the web site saying "there are not enough bills submitted". I submitted both the forms again with all the telephone carrier bills. Finally I got both the check for $40 each after 2/3 months.

Now the second phase which we were suppose to submit bet. 150-210 days, we submitted the claim within time and with all the documents. They updated the web site with no information to us, saying "no valid email address". We submitted both the forms together and
one form didn't have valid email address, this was getting ridiculous. We resubmitted the form and we got paid for one phone $50 and the other got rejected beause the web site said "either we downgraded phone service/cancel or did something with the phone service".
I call the company "Inphonic" person's name John : I told him we didn't do any changes to the service, since we have the phone. Then he put me on hold and came back and said "because you carried over your old number
to the new company" your claim was rejected. I asked him how come my earlier claims got passed he said one of $40 should have been rejected. I asked for the address and his full name but he refused to give.

Its almost a year now since we bought the phone, I have decided not to buy anything which has rebate on it. I don't know how many times I had heart burn and upset my health because of this fradulent company. Looks like
I am going to loose my $50, but people beware of this company. May be there are multiple companies involved in this scandal.
