Inphonic set up AT&T account without our permission, the evil dirt bags! Then, they said (several times) that they sent the required return label, and it never arrived RIP-OFF Internet

We ordered two phones on a family plan with T-mobile through Inphonic just before we moved. We paid for overnight delivery, but the phones never arrived. When we got to our destination across the country, we finally received one phone only.

Then, we found that they had sent the other to our old house, and left it on the doorstep of an empty house! Our neighbors found it and mailed it to us. When we finally got it, it was an AT&T phone and account! After numerous phone calls and hours of waiting for a customer representative, they told us that T-mobile had denied our credit, so they gave us to AT&T!

That's bull--we have excellent credit, and why would they give us one phone is our credit was denied? They finally consented to send a return label and cancel the AT&T account. The label still hasn't arrived (6 weeks later), and we just got a bill from AT&T (who was also called and promised to cancel the contract). T-mobile was called and they called Inphonic for us, conferenced us in, and then made the offer good for the free phones, and gave us extra bonus minutes and a better plan that originally was offered by Inphonic.

They even credited our account for the overnight delivery Inphonic billed us for, and sent the new phone free of charge. We are still trying to contact Inphonic about the return label. Each time we call we wait anywhere from 10-40 minutes for a customer representative, which the says they can't help us and then transfer us to the "return department" where we wait another 10-40 minutes (before we either hang up or get a bogus promise).
