As many others I ordered phones from Inphonic/Wirefy. The service was bad to start with but I finally got the phones with the promises of rebates and customer loyalty rebates. I completed the required paperwork at the given time and submitted all the forms. I was contacted and told I had failed to include the required paperwork. I again submitted the required paperwork and received nothing. After many attempte I have received one $75 check, In the agreement I should receive four $75 checks. I have e-mailed and written to no avail, I am told I cannot be found in the system and would I send all the paperwork yet again. This is rubbish as I do come up on the customer dis-service site
I notice there are numerous complaints against this company, although they don't come up on Google, I wonder why?
Most states have a criminal offense of committing an ongoing course of criminal action in which there is a scheme to defraud.
In view of the number of similar complaints I do believe a civil court could be convinced of a scheme of deception by this company and perhaps a class action suit could be filed. Any attorneys interested?
