On november 12,2005,I purchased a Motorola RAZR cellphone from wirefly on the internet. Soon after recieving my cellphone it was stolen, so when the insurance replaced it with a remanufactured phone that was not compatible to cingular network.

While waiting for the insurance company to replace my phone. in january 2006,I added my fiancee to my plan. That took me from a Cingular Nation 900w/Rollover plan to a Family Talk 2100w/rollover plan.

On May 16, 2006,I filled out the rebate forms that i downloaded from their website www.whereismyorder.com. Ten days later inphonics mailed me a notice that my customer appreciation rebate was missing the barcode from the paper i had mailed in.

When I checked the status of the rebate in the internet only one rebate showed. So I called their customer callcenter at 1-866-800-4303. The customer sservice representative located both rebates. On the Customer Loyalty rebate they had mis-spelled my last name but there was also a problem with it. Inphonics claimed that i had went to a lower plan than the original order had been placed with.

I was amazed. I resubmitted the both rebates as the young lady advised my to do being I had about two weeks left to get the rebates resubmitted.

In July 2006, I checked the the cellphonerebates.com website and Inphonics had changed the site. After entering the required information, it gave this message:We were able to locate the rebate claim(s) shown above based upon the information you entered. Unfortunately, we are currently reprocessing all recent rebate submissions, including the ones referenced above. There is nothing that you need to do at this point; we will contact you directly if there is anything we need from you to complete your claim submission. If you have been asked to resubmit any information to an Arizona address, please send it to the following address:

Rebate Processing Center
PO Box 100550
White Bear Lake, MN 55110-0550

We are committed to paying all properly submitted rebates and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please check back in 3-4 weeks for an updated status.

If you have any question or concerns please call (866) 800-4303.

When you call the nuber above it is always busy. Inphonics intention is to rip millions of people out of $200 each.
