I purchased two Motorola V180 from CellularChoices.net with T-Mobile as my service provider. There was a $50.00 rebate for each (totally $100.00). On December 06, 2005, I mailed my rebate submissions pursuant to the instructions on the rebate forms to Customer Loyalty Rebate, Department-BAR, White Bear Lake, MN 55110. It was said in the form that I will receive a check within 10-12 weeks. But I did not get any information after more than 16 weeks. I sent email to customerinquiry@inphonic.com to check the status. But no reply.

InPhonics, Not T-Mobile fault

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 13, 2006

Make sure you go after the company that made the rebate offer to you. T-Mobile is only your phone service provider and has nothing to do with a rebate offer from a third party. Continue to send them e-mails. Keep each copy of your e-mails. You may search this website or others websites that have had problems with InPhonics. If Inphonics has taken advantage of others, you'll be able to read about them and maybe see if anyone has had any success recovering any rebates.
