I purchased a RAZR V3 from CellularChoices.net with T-Mobile as my service provider. There was a $75.00 and a $125.00 rebate on this form. On November 11, 2005, I mailed my rebate submissions pursuant to the instructions on the rebate forms to Inphonics. On January 5, 2006, after being advised that InPhonics was unable to locate my rebate submissions, the proper documents were again sent to InPhonics by certified mail. InPhonics received these documents on January 7, 2006. When I contacted InPhonics online on March 16, 2006, they emailed me back and said the rebates were entered successfully on November 28, 2005 (apparently they received the first submissions after all) and to allow 10-12 weeks for processing from that date. It has now been over 16 weeks and I have not received my rebates.

Unable to Contact

Well, Jennifer, several attempts to email you have failed. If you want me to contact you by email, you will have to give me an exact email address. I'm not buying the "your check is probably on the way" story. I don't care how much your company has grown, this is not the way to treat people.

Check delay

Hello Martin,

Jen from InPhonic here. I wanted to answer your letter.

The bad news is that our rebate processing continues to be backed up. We've had tremendous growth in the last year, and are experiencing some growing pains trying to keep up.

The good news is that this means your check is probably on the way, even though several weeks have already passed.

Please send me an email (address it to "Jennifer") at customerinquiry@inphonic.com and include your order number(s). I'll be able to investigate the status of your rebate claim and hopefully give you a firmer ETA date.

regards,
Jennifer B.
