Insight Pre Paid Cards Hidden fees, ghost charges and 45 days for dispute Internet

 I have been an insight card holder for more than 2 years. In that time I've experienced several instances where insight has incorrectly charged me fees. When I call to have these fees reversed they charge another fee to speak to a representative. The customer service reps are then super incompetent and cannot successfully acomplish tasks such as transferring you to a different department. Within the time that I've been with insight, I've also experienced SEVERAL instances where the card has posted "double/duplicate transactions".

When this happens, the funds are removed from my account twice, I am correctly charged for 1 transaction but then must wait 10 days (NEVER SOONER) for the duplicate transaction to "fall off" before I have access to MY MONEY. This has caused me severe mental anguish because I live paycheck to paycheck and having to wait 10 days for funds that should otherwise be available has led to extra fees from other companies when I am unable to make payment on time because I am waiting for insightcards.com to release me funds that they are just "holding". This is especially mentally anguishing.

Two days ago I attempted to use a gas station ATM and withdrawal $120. The ATM did not spit out any cash however the ATM company collected the funds on their side so now I'm in the process of a full on dispute with insight.com and the ATM company. The $120 that I attempted to access at the ATM was the only money I was to have for the week. This money was to buy me gas and food. Not suprisingly, I am now being told by insight.com that the investigation process can take 45 days!! What am I suppose to do THIS WEEK INSIGHT??? How am I to eat.

How is this my fault and therefore why do I have to suffer? Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. Anytime something happens when you try to use the card YOU THE CUSTOMER will pay the price, either in time or fees. I really feel that this company owes me money for ALL the frustration, time, energy and mental strain dealing with these people has caused. Today I called and after being transferred around for 45 min got a dispute representative "Latin employee ID 8033" who lied and said that insight does not have supervisors then stated that SHE was a supervisor.. This company is lies!!!!!!
