 im just agreeing with the other reporter whos post on rip off report so people know that this prepaid card has excessive fees and the instruction they give to get on line are misleading at best and you have to acept the one dollar fee to speak to a human being altougth the recording say if its a self service need that can be handled on line you will be charged 1.00 it goes on to ask do you acept the 1.00 fee to speak to someone so they are very sneaky about this and there web sight does not have any options do you are forced to call then when you csll back and say hey WTF you charged me for a none self service option they put the 1.00 back but after you hang up you just got charged another dollar for calling its a bad card and you will never get ahead of them chargeing you ive made 11 tranaction only one is a atm ive been charged 37.00 dollars in fees and got 15.00 back
