Insightly Credit Card Charge Los Angeles CA

I went online over a year ago in search of a contact data base. I looked at Insightly and decided to give it a try. They require an anuual payment per user to get advertised pricing. I purchased two users. About 6 months ago I offered a friend a tempory position at my company and needed him to have access to the data base. So I contacted Insightly to add a user until the next renewal which they glading approved and charged me for. I recently received an email stating that I had been charged for (3) users. I imediately attempted to contact Insightly to inform them that I didn't need the 3rd person on the data base.

Come to find out their CUSTOMER SERVICE to not provide PHONE CONTACT only email. After seberal emails back and forth and asking for a refund for 1 users I was informed that once the card is charged they will not refund the money. But they instaed kept the charge and will hold for NEXT years renewal. Whwn I signed up the temporary (3)rd) person I was not informed that I would be auto billed for 3. I would have thought if a company was notified of an error emidiately and they can see that the third users was not using the system for months they would gladly take care of their customer. However, this is not the case with Insightly they only care about getting a CC on file and taking the money.
