I had applied for a loan. This person name Jeffrey Binger calledme and told me that I was approved for $15,000 loan. So they sentme the contract by e-mail and I signed and fax the contract to them.
So Mr.Binger told to put 18% of $15,000 as a collateral $2,700. I told if I can put $1,500 he said it's okey.I wire the money by western union dated May 10,2006. The next day customer service told me if I send $1,200 to complete the $2,700 within 24hours I will get my loan. So like a dummy I did what they said.
The next day I never get my loan. They asked me for more money, so I need the loan badly and from May 10,2006 to May 17,2006 I send more than $6,500 alltogether and the results is no loan for me my money is gone until now they promised for a refund and it's more than 20 days now, I put myself in a bad situation and my family hates me. As of this date I have not received the money and they are not answering or returning my phone calls.

as of this date I don't received my money back and to update my ripoff-report I was calling them everyday to follow up my refund
but the number is out of service and I can't contact them until last June 19, 2006 the number is back so I resched them and spoke
to Mr Michael Vick about my refund and he told me that I never call them to pay for $200 cancellation fee that's way my refund
is on hold he asked me to send $200 and I will get my refund in 2hours and he will give me the money transfer number. So I don't know if I will beleived to Mr. Vick I'm stupid they convinced me and I send the money I called and gave the money transfer number to Mr. Vick and he told me he call me after 10minutes he did call me and he gave Money Transfer number for my refund the result is NO MONEY/REFUND to me and the number is not working again as of this date.
please help me to get my refund I can't call them or fax my report and there's no way that I can contact them unless the number is working again. I put myself in big trouble to my family
relatives. I will call them everyday it's a NIGTHMARE...

When I first saw their web sit I looked up their Number with a reverse address and I got a number I called the number and the Lady told me that I was the fifth person who called. their company was not into loans and that Inspire is a scam using their address.. Please do not fall for this its a scam!!!!!!!!!
