Instadry Basement Systems Do Not Hire!!! Romulus, Michigan

Insta-Dry Basements is a HUGE waste of money. Do not hire them. The mold levels in my home went UP after installation, as the water pooled on the liner, rather than drained into the soil. I had worse mold and mildew smells circulating in my home after the installation than before. The liner does not improve air quality as promised. The customer service is appallingly bad, from missed appointments, to showing up with out promised equipment, to showing up without enough laborers and asking me to help lower a dehumidifier into my crawlspace. (I'm a 50-year-old single woman.) The dehumidifier they installed was  used and broke down within 2 weeks. A replacement took 3 months to install. They did not install caps on the top of cement blocks, as promised. I had to involve an attorney to begin to get them to respond and they are still not responding. Overall, the product does NOT perform as promised and is not way worth the expense. DO NOT HIRE THEM!  This is a legit complaint from a real customer.
