The website instagc.com is committing fraud. It encourages users to sign up and complete tasks for compensation in the form of PayPal or giftcard payments. I completed such tasks satisfactorily and had accumulated ~$100 in credits, which were redeemed through the third party offering, TangoCards.com, over the past few months. Today the total amount of these cashouts has been reversed so that all time/effort is lost.
