InstaHang InstaHang is a flimsy piece of junk! It broke before I ever had a chance to use it! Internet

I was excited when I ordered the InstaHang!  I thought I could finally hang a lot of family pictures and things on my own.  When I took it out of the package and opened the end of it to load the studs into it, the cap fell apart in my hands.  No undue pressure...just turned it as described in their directions and it broke right off!

I even tried to tape it but it still would not work.  The spring that pushes the studs was too strong to stay taped.  I tried to call but you cannot get through their phone system!

The original price was supposed to be $14.99 plus $7.99 shipping and handling.  I was charged $30.89 and I can get no response!  I was given no papers with which to make a return even though the TV add says 30 day money back guarantee... there is no address on the instructions either.  I think I'm just stuck with a flimsy, useless piece of junk!
