Install America performed my roof install and promised me they have the best customer service in the industry. After my roof was installed I noticed one of my tires on my car was low. I filled the tire up and the next day it was low again. I took my car to a tire shop and they explained to me the tire could not be repaired. I called Install America and explained to Don what happened. Don said it was not his companies fault and will not fill the claim with their insurance company. Never been treated that rude on the phone when something was not my fault. I even took a picture of the roofing nail that was in my tire. I think its fair for compensation on a tire. Apparently the company does not agree.

We deeply apologize for said employees actions. No, ecuses will be made on our behalf. WE strive for perfection everyday however just one employee can speak so loudly for a company. Don no longer represents Install America for his actions. We did end up footing the bill for repairs and I belive the home owner was happy with the process and workmanship prior to the accident.
